Consider the country of Haiti. Something like 90% of Haitians are the descendants of Black West African slaves the French Colonists on Saint Domingue (the old French colonial name for Haiti) imported from Africa in the 17th and 18th centuries. The French ruler of Haiti used these West African slaves as free labour to toil on their sugarcane and other lucrative cash crop plantations.
The West african slaves on Haiti revolted against their French masters in 1791 and finally defeated them in 1803 after 12 years of guerrilla warfare. The Haitian slaves declared the independent Republic of Haiti in 1804.
From 1804 to the present day Haiti has existed in a state of utter anarchy and chaos, or, as a brutal, authoritarian dictatorship.
The reasin is that the Haitianslack the intelligence to establish any kind of orderly/civilised system of Governance for themselves. The average IQ of Haitians (as measured in 2024) is 67 points. That represents a very low average general intelligence among the Haitian population. It means that the MAJORITY of the Haitin people are devoid or severely deficient in higher cognitive functions and skills like: the capacity for independent self-reliant existence, the ability to exercise effective: self-control/restraint/self-discipline;, behavioural impulse control;effective problem-solving; planning and analysis; the ability to learn from experience, rational and logical thinking; effective emotional regulation, the capacity for abstract thinking (generally speaking) When most of the Haitian population lack these higher cognitive functions they will not be able to establlish an orderly, civil system of government; because to put it bluntly they are basically ignorant, hairy-assed savages who still believe in superstitious "mumbo-jumbo" like Voodoo and all of its sorcery, black magic, divination, Zombies, hexes; curses, blood sacrifices,to the"Iwa" (spirits); fettishes and so on.
NB: Blood sacrifice is a n important part of Voodoo ceremonies and formerly included human as well as animal sacrifice. There are 18th and 19th century accounts and records compiled by European and American officials based on Haiti of the practice of human sacrifice at Voodoo ceremonies and the subsequent cannibalising of the corpse by members of the congregation. It seems that human sacrifice is now rare in Voodoo, but animal sacrifice is still a very important ritual in Voodoo and is still commonly practiced.
Ever since Voodoo has been practiced on Haiti - and that's been for most of the18th century, all of the 19th and 20th centuries and the 21st century to date, 90% of the Haitian Creole population have been firm believer in the religion. And we actually have empirical, scientific evidence of this. Even if we were ao allow for some error in this measurement and say the Haitian average IQ is 67+/- 5 points, this is diabolically low.
By adulthood up to 80% of a person's IQ is genetically determined. That mean in the case of Black Haitians of West African descent who have an avarage IQ of 67, they are stupid due to the fact that they inherited "bad genes" (as Trump puts it) from their parents. It means that the fact they are stupid and have never been able to create some kind of civilised, stable, society for themselves cannot be blamed on any kind of oppression or other adverse environmental factors. Their stupidity is 80% hard-wired in their DNA, and there nothing any Western government can do to raise their IQ. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP: - no special educational programs, no plans for the equitable redistribution of wealth/resources to Black Haitians in America, no cutting-edge, intelligence-boosting genetic technologies.
NB: There IS such a thing as the American Zombie; I mean Joe Biden and Hunter Biden are prime examples of "A-Grade" Zombies, likewise Kamala Harris, "Tampon - Tim" Walz and Nancy Pelosi; but these high-profile US Zombies have no association with the Voodoo religion of Haiti.
