For the record, I haven't read the whole disagreement, but from my research on the young woman, she writes many inflammatory and racist posts.

I don't think Palin can sue, the freedom of speech thing, but I think her comments were disgusting. Her apology was a lot better, but I am not impressed with the hate that Ms Banks promotes on her Twitter account towards whitey.
