The healthcare in the US is hopelessly inefficient, it is a patchwork quilt with huge overheads. The US spends nearly three times per head what we do on the NHS but vast amounts are just swallowed up in sheer bureaucracy. This in itself is truly ironic because you lot think our socialised system is hopelessly overburdened by functionaries and bureaucrats, whilst the exact opposite is in fact the case. Here is the experience of an American who knows both systems intimately, you'd do well to listen to him.

Indeed....many people equate EDUCATION with IQ capacity. When in reality what good does any education do if you are taught LIES? The simple truth is the scientific fact that an IQ is nothing more than the potential capacity for someone to learn.....while an education depends not upon that IQ capacity...but the information or in a great many instances..the MISINFORMATION being taught.
