How many of California's gun laws do you think the shooter(s) broke?

We know one stolen handgun was recovered. From the number of shots fired (50+) illegal high-capacity magazines were used. Some reports say an automatic weapon was involved...

My guess is somewhere between 20 and 30 not including murder or assault with a deadly weapon...
