Stop watching OAN and FOx news which is running on repeat 'he didn't charge any crimes' and instead read the actual indictment, which is public, and you will see he very specifically names the crime broken and statutes charged.

He is charged with conspiracy. What was the conspiracy? There has to be criminal intent for a conspiracy doesn't there.

What was that criminal intent? If the argument that disputing an election and taking the advice of an expert lawyer in election law is illegal, you're either a liar, or an idiot.

By the way, since when can you obtain the notes, advice and discussions of an attorney? Isn't that privileged information? How did they get that? And, how was that advice criminal or conspiratorial?
