The Obama bill was passed along partisan party lines and was a disaster. The Reagan tax act was passed August 1989 and the first Bush tax cuts were passed in June 2001.

As I've indicated, nothing BIG gets done the first 100 days; particularly when you have an unprecedented and angry and corrupt FAKE media and DNC doing everything it can to diminish this Presidency doing everything it can to delay Trumps cabinet and judicial nominations.
