Now we learn that Trump did a great job getting relief there but the UNIONS are sabotaging the effort. democrat led UNIONS are wiling to let people die to make the President look bad

…They have the generators, water, food, medicine, and fuel on the ground, yet the supplies are not moving across the island as quickly as they’re needed.

“It’s a lack of drivers for the transport trucks, the 18 wheelers. Supplies we have. Trucks we have. There are ships full of supplies, backed up in the ports, waiting to have a vehicle to unload into. However, only 20% of the truck drivers show up to work. These are private citizens in Puerto Rico, paid by companies that are contracted by the government”

You have no fucking idea why a driver can't make it there to drive. Many families are on basic subsistence, taking all day just to find food, water and fuel. Without homes. Without communication. But, it's just like a fucking RW cretin such as yourself to make nothing more than shitty guesses as to what's going on.

Any decent preparedness has the colonel with his own drivers. But, no. The lack of preparedness on the part of the tweeting orange clown and his administration is massively apparent. No surprise, however. His incompetence has been evident since he began his run for office.

During the crucial first week, when conditions on the ground were truly desperate, he focused the entire national conversation on NFL players standing during a song.

What I just said is what I said at the start, and have said many times since. But you'll still come up with strawmen like "they're getting aid there as fast as they can!" and "why aren't YOU volunteering?"

I'm telling you: I'm very concerned about you. You fell under Trump's spell, sometime between "I just want a conservative court" and "how dare you criticize the almighty Trump!"

To me, this whole situation is best understood by comparing it to the response in Houston. The storm there was just as severe, but the governor had prepared the National Guard. Rednecks got in their boats and trucks and went to help their neighbors, because that's the sort of people they are in the South. They're the type that work for a living and would never take a knee during the national anthem.

Then you compare that to Puerto Rico, where everyone wants to sit around on their ass waiting for the US military - which they don't pay their fair share for - to bail them out while they bitch about Trump.
