The US military is already so well trained that taking an hour out of their year to learn about gender identity isn't going to affect their readiness.

You will notice the Russian military is bogged down in Ukraine and doesn't even control the skies at this point. The US wouldn't have logistical problems in keeping their equipment fueled all while knowing about gender identity.
