Sybil's a he. I don't quote him except to respond to one of his socks.

Sybil is locked up in a mental institution in Texas. He has internet access to amuse himself, but unfortunately there is no cure for his condition. You don't influence him at all. He mostly ignores you. You are a nothing. He may not even be fully aware of you. He thinks he's other people from time to time. He carries a great hatred for conservatives and Trump. He seems to be infatuated with calling people pedophiles.

He has many socks, but he generally only keeps two or three active at any given time. I count them as separate accounts in the Monthly Contest. His socks are no advantage there. Lately he's been using his Dutch account more.

He creates these socks because he gets put on too many ignore lists. It's his way of getting around them. He puts too much stock in having people listen to his adolescent nonsense. He seems to have the mind of a junior high school kid, though he's much older. His references indicate an age of 60-70 years old.
