Nevada voted for Hillary Clinton against trump.
like I said, they didn't ELECT anyone except Obama......
Nevada voted for Hillary Clinton against trump.
It might, but the state is moot. Joe Biden is going to easily win Pennsylvania. That's been obvious since yesterday morning, and nothing has changed the arc of that. Donnie can have Arizona. It won't matter.
the ag violated state law and its going to the Supreme Court
What state law did he violate? These lawsuits are going nowhere.
the main issue was the AG acccepting ballots beyond november 3rd, against state law. This was appealed to supreme court and they decided to not take it up 4-4. Kavanaugh, alito, thomas and gorsuch wanted to hear the case, roberts was a usual traitor. Normally 4 votes is enough to grant the case to be heard, but not when court is at 8 (i guess?)
anyway now with ACB they may want to take it up. However if biden gets georgia and trump doesn't flip arizona then it's moot and I doubt they'll want to hear it then, so it depends on other factors.
GA we may not know for weeks because even though biden will pull ahead soon, military and absentee ballots are still outstanding. AZ is still on pace to flip trump, so... i mean, it is what it is. We'll know more tomororow

They aren't counting those votes. So what else do you have?
Why? What happened to state rights?
We now have the US Supreme Court demanding the right to oversee state laws, and state constitutions, taking away that power from the state courts. This would be understandable in cases where state laws contradict the US Constitution, or conflict with federal laws, but that is not the case.
Kavanaugh has gone so far as to say a state constitution is null because it interferes with trump's supposed right to know the results by midnight on election day.
they absolutely are counting votes mailed but not postmarked

What are you talking about? They are counting only ballots received by election day. What difference does it make if they have a postmark?
strawman.
This is a huge power play. Kavanaugh is claiming that the state supreme courts have no power, and claiming that power for himself. If he gets his way, 200 years from now it may be the most important decision that was made in US Government in this era.
Why are states allowed to have different rules for national elections, that's just bizarre.
