If those "institutions" are ones the Left put in place, and the Left wants preserved, then I say GOOD! Tear those useless POS's down!
So you're upset with this thread? You're free to express your concerns that she didn't say what you thought she should, however... But...She was not mocking the attack...period... She is condemning violence and believes that we expect protection for everyone...whatever it takes...There's not a thing wrong with that....
You are a disgusting pigWhat more is to be expected out of a right-wing, Trump dick sucker, slut fucking pig like her?
Probably takes most of a 34" Louisville Slugger jammed in up to the grip to even get her to take notice.
How about a quote from her or a video. I’m old fashioned that wayShe was making light of it.
To me, it was inappropriate. But I'm old fashioned. I'm not in tune w/ the "new" way of discourse.

I read what she said so how about you QUOTING her and we will discuss it rationally. You appear to be Gas lighting it otherwise. It's all over the place - you really haven't seen it?
It's not a huge deal. Like I said - it was inappropriate, at least to me. It got a big laugh out of her audience, though.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this I'm old-fashioned as well but I did not see her comments as making light of the situation or as being inappropriate... she was just being honest... you're just upset because the audience laughed... they were not laughing at his injuries....Or the attack. They laughed because what she said was refreshingly honest...she was correct when she said that Nancy always has protection but surprisingly the house was apparently completely unguarded and that does seem to be the case here...
These days everyone deserves to be protected from violence don't you agree? And that was her point...
We're not talking about President Trump we're talking about her comment... and it was nothing but the truth... you have a right to be offended though and I will respect that ...I just don't agree... you've got to agree it was just a really strange situation... that being said , unfortunately this country is losing more than just basic courtesy though and that's one of the things we've got to change.. extreme out of control violence is another... if you're old-fashioned I bet you didn't even lock your door when you were growing up... a lot of things need changed these days they? But no one should have to fear living in their own home and I think that was part of her point... and a very valid and timely concern.. lots and lots of questions remain when it comes to Mr Pelosi's attack ...Why no security? HOW does something like this even happen ? I guess all the questions may be answered eventually.... in the meantime I guess we just hope for his recovery to continue so that very soon they'll be able to enjoy the safety of their home together...and her retirement..Oh, I'd agree on that last question for sure. But I'm troubled by "refreshingly honest." People said that about Trump when he called women fat & ugly. I am someone who believes that we have gone overboard with "woke" and "PC," but I don't see not calling someone fat & ugly as a PC issue. It's just decorum. It's just good manners.
Her comment was bad manners. It's not the mountain some are turning it into. But I wish we had better sensibilities, and it feels like we're losing basic courtesy.
Is that a false statement? I mean if th e Pelosi home had protection where were they. You are obviously gaslighting l And you aren’t doing a very good jobWell, you established the standard the the onus is on others to prove that the claim is wrong - not on those who actually made the claim.
I saw it this morning; she was talking about protecting kids at schools, and said that Pelosi had protection in DC, but "apparently her house doesn't have a lot of protection."
She was making light of the incident - quite obviously, because the audience laughed.
