Well call it blaming all you want, have you talked to somebody in their early 20s ,
I have been pushing for these kids to get a skill and instead of working for MIN. wage if they get a skill they can earn $40, $50 an hour ,
Right now at least in this area we need people with a skill , Plumbers . carpenters. electricians .

Trump suckered millions of Americans with his populist message. A billionaire who claimed he doesn't need money then asked for donations and was hawking golden sneakers and overpriced Bibles. I would never have believed so many Americans could be that fucking stupid. Now, the Oligarchy is openly calling them stupid and lazy thus the need for H1B visas to import smarter and harder working employees.

NO you don't seem to understand.
There are apprenticeships out there that these kids can get into and get paid to learn and when they are done they will be earning big bucks but a lot of them don't want to put the effort into it and vegging themselves a very good future , and " smart phones " have a good part in it.
I don't put all the blame on the kids it is the parents too, giving them everything they have wanted and not having the kids do anything to earn it, .
I don't know about you but if I ever had it ( what ever I wanted ) I had to work for it , and I think people that had to work for things appreciate those things more.

Legalize the use of marijuana and stop testing for jobs that aren’t dangerous and you’ll have many more applicants.

Agreed. It's one thing to show up high at work and another to be tested and pop positive for THC because someone attended a party a few days ago.
