They have essentially been grandfathered in, they discriminate against whites in the younger generation so they can keep all their good old boy friends around them. It's the powerless generation of younger incoming whites who bear the brunt of political correctness. And there is pressure even in management to hire non whites, its just the powerful have a way of hanging on. Right now they're throwing other younger, less powerful whites under the bus..

There's no doubt companies would like to diversify at the top but that is not an anti-white male agenda. I'm sorry man if you have talent you will find your way to work to the top.

You are definitly entitled to your opinion but for someone to sit there and say I can't get a job because I'm a white male is like pissing into the tornado. That's on that person.

It's not just an opinion, it's a fact that whites are discriminated against at all levels of education and in corporations. there may be MORE at the top, but that wont be the case going forward, because there is a deficit in the lower ranks due to whites being kept out at that level.

What are one or two industries that whites are being held out jobs that are needed to gain experience to be able to eventually rise to the top?

People looking to do things in the real estate industry don't start off in the back office. Back office is where is you go when you are happy to have a job and no real ambition as far as growing in the company (not trying to put down back office workers just speaking in correlation to those who end up in management.)

LOL. Dude, you said whites are getting discriminated against by not being given jobs that help them eventually rise to upper management ranks. I asked for an example and you said in the back office. I'm saying one doesn't rise to ranks of upper management from the back office. I'm asking what jobs (and I used the real estate industry specifically) that lead to upper managment are whites not being given?
