No, it's not.
It's just changing your long-held, preconceived notions about who makes up the working class. Before, when we had a manufacturing economy, those were the working class. Now, when we have a service economy, those folks are the new working class.
Manufacturing jobs are not coming back. They're gone. The ones around today will eventually be replaced by robots and automation. As that happens, our economy will transition to one that is nearly all service-based. Service jobs are the new working class.
