Obama wants to discuss his plan, the plan the people have showed him they don't want, Hmmm I wonder why the republicans are reluctant to discuss

AS for inviting C-Span you mean like he did the first time :pke:, guess ya forgot about that, but that's OK I don't mind reminding you :cool:
 
It it were true that the president wanted to pass a plan that the American people do not want.... Id think the Republicans would be dying to discuss it with him in a public forum.....!

Why would they want to discuss it when they can let Obama keep going the way he is and commit political suicide come November, furthermore there is no discussion Obama has stated what he will and will not have in the bill, lets see 3 elections in Dem. states 3 rep. voted in, looks like the rep. are doing just what they need to at this point

Lets not also forget in the sotu speech Obama saying if ANYONE has ideas for a better plan please present them, but he forgot to tell ya that the republicans had sent there idea's and they where never even discussed, and of course the closed meeting Obama held trying to push it threw , you remeber those don't you, the ones the rep. wern't invited to, the American people are not as stupis as Obama had hoped and either are the Republicans

Because that is not what is best for America.... Discussing the plan with the President is what is best for America.

The people don't want Obamacare, and they don't want Obama's liberal policies. When he fails conservatism will see a resurgence, which will be good for this country just like it was after Carter's failure.

I disagree, many of the people want healthcare in the form proposed by President Obama's friends.

What the American people do not want is more of this win-loose mentality that the parties are promoting. Lets get ALL of the POLITITIANS to work together in a public forum to come up with some good legislation.

I agree with getting the politicians to work together, but that ship sailed, Obama promised that while campaigning but once in office his I won get over it attitude showed that wasn't going to happen

And now he is willing to work together as long as it is for his bill, unfortunately it is to late, the Republicans now see a majority is the house due to Obama's ignorance or arrogance, either works

You may want to re read my post, the Republicans tried to discuss it with the president, they sent many different plans and not one answered, his arrogance will now cost the Dems the Majority, or so some believe
 
Democrats will loose big in the house and sennate, history shows that, not due to the Presidents arrogance, but because thats what happens two years after a big win.
