You hire a man to do a job, which in reality gives him great powers, including life & death/years in prison etc over others... Certainly not a job for most frail men/women & yet they are "assumed" better than us, more trustworthy, honest, level headed etc etc etc when in fact, they are no different & subject to anger, bias, prejudice etc..

If they don't like their jobs, they should find something else...
