Arabic 'In God We Trust' signs headed to Texas schools — a law requires that they be

I posted the link...the reason for the sign was silly political antics...I agree....
Think of what could have been done with the money for school children in
Florida? Activists are always so misguided when it comes to helping others...

Sure it was political antics. Pretty funny one, at that.

It sure points out the absurdity of the law in the first place, doesn’t it?

Think of all the positive things legislatures could accomplish without putting their time and energy into bullshit legislation like this.

So, I seriously doubt those Texas legislators responsible for this law will be happy with Arabic language.

They were trying to force their view of religion and patriotism on Texas schools. The schools should be determining what they want to display at their school--not something that somebody donated.

Haven't you noticed that "local rule" is only approved by conservatards when it's something they support? No BLM flags, no pride flags, none of that inclusive shit shall be displayed.

Yet you're fine with Texas violating the separation of church and state by encouraging donors to donate signs with something YOU approve of -- with money that could have helped Texas kids. Why's that, Toxic? Double standards much? "Two sets of rules"?

That stuff that you drink. H20. Flows in rivers and streams.

Is it agua or water?

Both. It's also ماء

FWIW: Everyone is free to post to whomever they like, but I've found discussions with the mentally ill to be futile unless done for exploratory reasons.

Mr. Tiny Penis, live it seeing President Trump has again destroyed your morning.

If necessary the sign can be displayed in an appropriate conspicuous location...;) Have the kids make others to be placed throughout the building...perhaps to represent their ancestry...;)
Great project....
No one is angry...quite the opposite...Chaz entertained quite a few of us with his thoughtful project....;)

Oh boy that's gonna burn some asses in Texas. I'll give it to them, they tried their darndest to prevent any loopholes (requiring there only be the words, and the two flags, preventing posters of Zeus, Thor, etc. being sent), but forgot the language.

And now, the schools either have to put these up, or face a lawsuit under the law.

nah.

it will be seen as the stunt it is.

There's that little 1st amendment thing, though, dear Toxic. Having kids make a religious sign for their public school is no different than requiring them to pray to a particular deity. Of course as a good little fascist, you support that -- as long as it is YOUR god. I bet if the sign was about Satan, you'd think differently, assuming you think of course.

Talk about "grooming" kids in public schools. Talking about LGBTQ people = evil. Making them put up religious signs = good. Heil!

Political extremists are notorious hypocrites, often mentally ill or retarded, poorly educated and can be violent if provoked.

I support better mental health care, including nanny software on their computers and a lot of sedatives.
