Apparently Democrats are OK with some billionaires in politics

Happy birthday to Arizona’s newly elected senator @RepRubenGallego!

Alex Soros

Reid Hoffman

The billionaire LinkedIn cofounder endorsed loser Harris but was already a longtime Democrat donor before Democrats pushed Joe Biden out.

Hoffman donated lavishly to the doomed Democrat cause — most recently for $923,000 — bringing the total to $1.7 million.

George and Alex Soros

The billionaire Democrat megadonors backed Harris the loser, but they won't say how much they lost by financially supporting her.

Alex Soros did post a message of support on X, alongside a photo of he and a haggard-looking Harris arm-in-arm.

A spokesperson for George Soros admitted to The Wall Street Journal that the 93-year-old had backed Harris.

Where have you been their have been many very rich people in politics for years on both sides.

Melinda French Gates

The billionaire ex-wife of Bill Gates endorsed Harris and confirmed on CBS Mornings Thursday that she contributed to her campaign, without disclosing her losses.

French Gates admitted it is the first time that she has publicly endorsed a candidate.

“She is a woman,” French Gates told CBS Mornings.

Nobody said there weren't, as far as I know.

Some billionaires supported the winner this year.

Isn't it a fact that more billionaires backed the loser in this year's election?

:rofl2:

Sheryl Sandberg

The billionaire former Meta COO endorsed Harris, putting out a glowing statement on Instagram last Monday, though it is unclear if she donated to her losing campaign.

“Vice President @kamalaharris has already made history once – becoming the first Black and South Asian woman to hold her office, and she will do it again in November,” Sandberg foolishly predicted.

Vinod Khosla

The billionaire venture capitalist called for an open convention after Democrats stabbed Biden in the back, but just a day later, called for all Democrats to unite behind Harris.

“Time for all ‘not MAGA’ folks to come together for @KamalaHarris to beat Trump and save our democracy, reject bad values, reject Project 2025 and the dictatorship that Trump loves, all while being a good global citizen,” Khosla said on X.

Like many others, his donations, if any , are not traceable.

Bookmark this thread, and the next time a Democrat tries to claim that billionaires favor MAGA, show them this.

Forbes found at least 100 billionaires in the corners of either former President Donald Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris—with many more backing Harris...
