The Saudis for all their faults has been a source of stability in that region, much like Saddam was in Iraq. Can you even begin to imagine what would happen if ISIS or AQ took over? I dread to think of the consequences globally. We have all found out to our cost that nothing is simple or straightforward in the Middle East.
