There are several things obviously fallacious in her rant.

She injects comments that are off-the-cuff and unsupported.
She changes the context of stuff written in the post she's citing, such as the "Go back to where you came from..." Changing it from clearly what Trump meant, Go back home and fix the problems there before you come whining about the same problems somewhere else..."

Aside from that, her point was virtually irrelevant. Twitter made a minor change to their policy statement. What's the point?
