Again, it does not matter if they "allow" it, it STILL IS ILLEGAL by FEDERAL LAW.

In the list, those states are listed as "N/A" when it comes to gestational limits.
ExpressLane claimed that those states "allowed" unrestricted abortion up till birth. That by itself claimed that those states were not aware of the Federal law.

Not restricting abortions PRIOR to 26 weeks is NOT the issue. The issues is states that don't restrict abortion till the moment of birth. Roe v Wade allowed abortion up to 26 weeks in all states. 7 states have gone farther are allow abortion till the moment of birth which you correctly call murder.

In many states if you murder a pregnant mother you can be tried for the murder of the mom and the murder of the unborn baby both. Ask Scott Peterson.
BTW that would be a state issue not a Federal issue, therefore a state prison not a Federal prison. And if an abortionist preforms abortions after the state mandated limitations the penalty can be murder charges in some states.
