That actually depends. It isn't a blanket truth. There are many exceptions to what AOC claims. For example, ICE brings a local building inspector with them who says they need to check for a purported code violation of one sort or another. This is justifiable particularly in older buildings where code violations are common. You can't say "no" for the most part and once the inspector "finds" some criminal violation of law incidental to their search, in comes ICE, no warrant needed.
