In a way, I'd have more respect for Tucker if he had been fired. His walkout comes off as petulant. I understand he wanted to defend himself, but I also understand the reluctance of Fox to have him broadcast an hour long show on it.

1. Religion. In early 1900 the Supreme Court ruled school children could be required to get vaccinated even if it was against their religious beliefs. The dangers posed by unvaccinated children outweighed their freedom of religion. That is nothing new and not limited to Democrats but schools in every state.
2. Speech. A hate crime is a criminal act based on the victim. There is no "hate crime" based on a person's speech only. Speech is not a hate crime.
3. Press. Free press means the government cannot prohibit the press from publishing something. Nobody stopped Project Veritas from publishing something, even though it was false and edited.
4. Protest. Nobody is in jail for protesting. The only people still detained are those who committed serious crimes such as assaulting police officers. Almost all have been released on bail or sentenced.
It is not unusual for people to wait in jail a year or longer waiting for their trial; most because they cannot pay their bail. Currently the number is about 400,000.

It also held that parents had the right to create cooperative schools that did not require vaccines. Over a thousand people have been arrested for protesting the questionable 2020 election results.
