If this was mailed why is there no cancellation stamp on the postage and why did the post office not affix a POSTNET code to it at some point? Seems more likely the bomber is from the NY area....

The one photographed was not. The only reasonable explanation is that it originated in NYC or the photo has been doctored by CNN.

The only indication I have heard was that the Biden bomb was marked "returned to sender" and was in the process of being returned.
