No, I didn't even know he owned a house in Hawaii. I thought the only properties he owned were in Chicago and Nantucket. When I googled to see what the supposed wall looked like, this article came up.

I'm not getting into the pros and cons of needing a sea wall but it does seem to defeat the purpose of having a beachfront property, i.e. a clear view of the ocean.
