There are no programs that help the poor and minorities that have been passed by the Repubs. Every program was done by the left. The Reds are showing concern for the blacks because a couple of people have indicated dissatisfaction with the Dems. The fact is the minorities know what the Reds represent. As bad as the Repub history is with the average person and the poor, they plan on getting much worse.
