THis guy was living in Maryland!

He might have been killed so they could close the case, as they did, and announce the threat no longer exists. This protects the true culprit - Bush! I have no doubt he personally mailed those letters.
 
aint it strange how the 'patsy' always gets killed in a plane crash, murdered on the way to jail or in the park, or commits suicide when the truth starts to bubble closer to the surface?

Hmmmm, being in the process of rereading "Shock Doctrine" I don't doubt anything, anymore. I always leave it open to possibility.

BushCo. had a God damned war against the islamofascists to sell. Of course this had to be kept on the down low. Can you imagine how badly the narrative would have gotten f*cked up if Bush and the media had played up the homegrown rightwing terrorist angle on this?

Obama's plan to fit a civilian police force up like the military with the same budget, et al, certainly will be a big jump in that direction.
 
I've been following this story fairly closely. This guy was quite a piece of work, wasn't he? Total psychopath. It's frightening, though not surprising, that he was able to function under the radar for so long. Quirky personalities tend to be the norm in this field, though, so it may be that few people paid that much attention at the time.

What a total, cruel waste of lives, those poor people who died because of him and his apparent delusions.

Darn! And just as I was about to change my "Junior Member" status to "Mad Scientist". :rolleyes:

What makes you say he was a psychopath?

All I have seen is the testimony of a therapist that says such. His co-workers and neighbors seem to doubt the validity of her opinion. At least according the article posted above. (by Desh)
