A tenth woman is alleging that San Diego Mayor Bob Filner made unwanted advances.
Renee Estill-Sombright is a part-time singer.
KGTV-TV and U-T San Diego report Sunday that Estill-Sombright claims Filner made advances in June at a church charity breakfast in La Jolla where she sang the national anthem.
She says Filner grabbed her hands, called her beautiful, asked if the 46-year-old was married, invited her out and asked for a private song.
At the time, Filner was engaged.
The first-term mayor and former congressman starts two weeks of intensive therapy Monday while facing a sexual harassment lawsuit and calls for his resignation amid a flurry of allegations that he groped women for years.
A call to the mayor's spokeswoman on Sunday was not immediately returned.
