Maybe when the first prosecutors declined to prosecute for lack of evidence, they should have listened. Too bad James and Comey can't sue for harassment or something. @Jarod, is there a tort in there somewhere?

It will eventually depend on finding a DoJ lawyer willing to put his law license on the line. There are probably enough Trump suck ups there to find one. But as has been pointed out by others, the repeated attempts only make James' argument about vindictive prosecution even stronger as it provides more evidence of them attempting to prosecute in spite of it being a very weak case.
