Anibal Armando Chavarria Muy was arrested Monday for the stabbing death of a man on Sunday.

They neglect to mention that most states do not collect information on illegal alien crimes separately. So that claim that illegal aliens commit crimes at a lower rate is pure HOGWASH. Plus every crime committed by an illegal aliens is a crime that should have never happened. Far too many Americans have lost their lives at the hands of illegal aliens.

You seem to not understand what Texas collects. Any noncitizen even if they are here legally, are considered "criminal noncitizens" by Texas.

Every noncitizen that enters the country legally would be in the DHS database. If you actually read the your link, you will find that the majority of crimes are committed by persons in the DHS database which likely means they crossed the border and had contact with DHS at the time of their crossing.

Then being in the cult you don't seem to understand how crime statistics work. This is no longer 2023 where the 2021 statistics were missing because of the change in the way the FBI wanted crime reported. It is now 2026 where the FBI gets monthly updates from LA and all other cities you are complaining about data being missing.

Maybe you should look up the latest FBI crime statistics.
California data is missing for only 2021. LA police dept data is only missing for 2021.

Due to the full transition to NIBRS and the lack of data for agencies that are not fully transitioned, the 2021 data year cannot be added
