The USSC refused the case because it's an issue that has already been decided and 'state law trumps fed law' wasn't the outcome. Raich is still the current law on this.

the supremes didn't say fuck off, it had alredy been decided. That the DEA 'says' they won't raid any more med marijuana dispensaries is purely administrative and wouldn't concern the courts. Basically, the supremes told the counties that they can suck tit, they aren't revisiting the case.
