It's absolutely horrible that women are still being treated like this in other cultures. I don't see any women watching in that group, just a bunch of men who are standing by and letting it happen.

Not speaking for Zap but I've posted a number of times on the Rohingya massacre of Muslims by Hindus and got no response. I guess some of the posters here have different standards when Muslims are on the receiving end.

Actually the Rohingya were massacred by the Burmese military who are supposedly Buddhists.

Yes but she has to walk a precarious tightrope, the military are always poised in the background to take back control. I still think she is a saint, but she has to live in the real world. The enmity towards the Rohingya goes back many decades, it is not something that happened overnight. The Burmese are scared that Islamists will try to take over like in Malaysia before and southern Thailand now.
