* Supplying the enemy with weapons and supplies in time of war (an impeachable offense and treason).
* Acting as 'President of the United States' without valid authority. In other words, through the use of a coup.
* Attempting to incite civil war against political opponents (an impeachable offense and treason).
* Accepting money from foreign governments for personal use (international bribery, an impeachable offense and a federal crime).
* Usurping State authority (an impeachable offense and treason).
* Persecution and censorship of political opponents, and converting the FBI and CIA into a Gestapo like agency (an impeachable offense and treason).
Let's start there.
Now let's look at Hillary's crimes (the Wicked Witch of the East):
* selling US property for personal gain (theft, espionage).
* posting secret information on publicly available servers (espionage).
* intentionally destroying evidence (contempt, falsification or destruction of evidence).

* threats to witnesses (witness tampering).
* 'mysterious deaths' to witnesses (murder).

* collecting 'donations' and using them for personal gain (fraud).

* Attempts to usurp authority of executive, judicial, and senatorial branches of government (treason).
* Organizing violence and riots, including the riots on Jan 6th, 2020 (incitement, false accusation and persecution).
* Closing businesses, restricting people in their homes (false imprisonment, destruction of property).
* Accepting money from foreign governments for personal use (international bribery).
* Attempts to censor and persecute political opponents (treason).
* Subversion of elections (treason).
Neither I nor Trump have to portrait anyone as a criminal. Their criminal acts speak for themselves.
