When you demand a speedy trial..... be careful what you ask for. I wonder who is next. Powell is more damaging but this is death by a thousand cuts for Trump.
Are any more trials set?
Two cooperating witnesses that were in the rooms where it happened.
And as each one flips, at least some of the others have more incentive to do so. I would not be surprised if there are only a handful of defendants that actually stand trial.
I don't recall any, but I could be wrong. I think there was some intent on the part of the judge to allow the appeals on the issue of moving the trial to play out, but I'm not sure of those timelines.

They will all be asking for speedy trials now, and the domino effect will play itself out.
I would say the cost for a lawyer to go through this trial will be somewhere above 6 figures. No one has that kind of money, and no one wants to go to jail for Donnie.
And besides that, just about everyone of them are now facing being ratted out by those who took the plea, so they will all be IN LIKE FLINT for their own plea deal.
