Each push from the liberal side of this issue is just a step in an unrelenting effort to end all private gun ownership. Today it is ten round mags. Next time it is any automatic. Then short guns, then long guns.
When finaly and inexhorably complete, the first amendment and the pre-amble will be meaningless as un-enforcable. I tried to start a thread about this topic and bumped it two or three times and not one liberal wants to discuss this issue.
You will not prevail on this course and still have America. Start opening your minds. Criticize one issue conservative voters and then become a one issue liberal= hypocrite.

Wow. You couldn't be more incorrect. I don't even own any guns. I leave the keys in my vehicle, my shop door is literaly open 24 hours a day, and I don't lock my house.
You are the one coming from a place of fear, your fear of guns is so strong that you would violate the constitution of this greatest country in the history of humanity to feel safer.
The hell my father and his sisters especialy, but also his entire family lived through under Nazi ocupation was only possible because of gun controll. It was no conspiracy or paranoia but real, VERY FUCKIING REAL.

I am not afraid of guns. The standard saying of 2nd amendment zealots is: Guns don't kill people, people kill people. I agree, and a reasonable and sane human being understands that there ARE people who should not be allowed to own a weapon legally.

Lack of private gun ownership allowed rape and theft. This is an irrefutable fact and if you continue to deny it and distort it you will look and be stupider and stupider.

How old are you, 5? I have never called for all guns to be gone. Take you polarized brain to a psychiatrist. NO Democrats or liberals are calling for 'complete gun control'. You best get outside so you can spot those black helicopters.

OK, then go explain that to the families of these citizens who no longer have ANY rights. These people are never coming back to enjoy any of the freedoms you claim to respect and want to protect. WHY would any law abiding citizen who wants to protect his family, has no hatred in his heart and has no intent on causing mass harm need a magazine that hold 30 rounds of death?
I fully agree with Dallas Green, whose grand daughter Christina Taylor Green was among six people killed in a shooting rampage on Jan. 8 in Tucson, Ariz., outside a supermarket where a neighbor had taken her to meet Arizona Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was critically wounded.
My heart aches for him and all the families that were decimated by this tragedy.

Jared Loughner is charged in federal court with the shootings. Green hopes the senseless murders raise awareness about the issue of gun control.
“You would hope that there would be some understanding that there are crazies in this world and that I guess the one thing that I can’t get through my mind, even though I’m a hunter and I love to shoot and I love to have my guns, I don’t have a Glock or whatever it is or a magazine with 33 bullets it in,” Green said. “That doesn’t make sense for me to be able to sell those kind of things. I guess I never thought about it until this happened and what reason is there to have those kind of guns other than to kill people.
“I just don’t understand that.”

then both Dallas Green and yourself are idiots of the highest caliber. there are 20,000+ gun laws on the books as it stands, and not a single one of them stopped a psycho from initiating his media grabbing rampage. Why wasn't that little girls parents armed? why weren't they knowledgable enough to know to have a gun on them and to cover the body of that sweet little girl from an unknown assailant. You like to say that we gunners live in fear and paranoia, but what did living in ignorance get those dead people?
