I mean everything is dependent on the final result of course but there are meaningful wars and meaningless wars. Meaningless wars resolve nothing as both sides fight and then get asked to stop before everything is resolved.

In this case if the Palestinians get driven to the Sinai well they aint coming back which means a change in the map of the middle east. Similarly the armenians got driven out of nogorno and they are not going to be allowed to come back.

IMO the real lesson here is that you should just let both sides fight until the issue is resolved so you get the issue over with otherwise another fight will just break out a couple of years down the line.

Thank you for mentioning Armenia. Few are willing to see the world more objectively.

So, US does not give a shit about Armenia.
 
Alt lefties fighting among themselves is delicious. Maybe one or two of these asshats will also look at what their liberal colleges are doing for their cause.

? why would it? I cant think of a single reason why it would be important geopolitically. I dont even think its really that integrated economically into the region.
 
The Middle East is a little piece of hell on earth, and don't try to find any good guys there on either side.

Militant Muslims are repugnant theocrats,
as morally inexcusable as conservative American Christian theocrats
but with the ability to get away with much more egregious transgressions.

I don't know what the Israeli hebes are doing to piss people off,
but it has to be something
when so many people who make good sense on other issues
are finding fault with Israel.

I blame myself for not having the curiosity to look into it.
I've got my own problems.

The point is that Americans have no choice other than to take sides, going all in,
when motherfucking towelheads knocked down the WTC twin towers
and Palestinians danced in the streets to celebrate what our Saudi "friends" did.

It's a shame. Most of the Muslims that I know here in New England are really nice people.
It isn't being Muslim that fucks people up.
Being Southern Baptist probably fucks people up a lot more.

Nevertheless, Middle Eastern jihadists have made themselves sufficiently inconvenient
that no Westerner should find their continued existence necessary
or even advisable.

If their Russian friends want to put their two cents in,
fuck it---how long do we want to live like this?
