trump is a sickly old man, but his followers will be with us, and talking about their messiah for years to come. It will do damage to America.

I have no idea. Probably a big part of it will be up to the individual states, within specified limits.
After more and more is siphoned off down the food chain, maybe YOUR town might see some upgrades. Or mine. They really need more oversight, I think.
