The do change opinions of morons like you, that have a god like belief in polls.
If they can change my opinion then those polls are not meaningless--they are producing votes.
But that is a huge fallacy on your part because you are making the unfounded assumption I am voting for the person (winning or losing) in the polls. But both you and I and most JPP posters knew who we would vote for in 2020 four years ago, so polls are not going to change that.
You give the media an exaggerated power. You think people are going to decide how to vote based on what the polls say? That shows complete lack of knowledge about voting behavior of the American public.
