Even if he did refuse, which theres no proof he did. Polygraph exams are not 100 percent accurate.

I said that I don't believe her....my opinion...‘ But that I looked forward to hearing her testimony and was hopeful she got the extra help that she needs. I believe she's already on medical care...something she mentioned... *You may link me to my statement that Judge Kavanaugh is "totally innocent" at your leisure....
