This individual was arrested and convicted of cocaine possession prior to deportation. The idiot judge says he applied for asylum and didn't get a hearing--"due process." Well, he was arrested and convicted of cocaine possession! Even if he is returned to the US, that criminal conviction negates any chance of asylum being granted and the fucker gets immediately deported back to El Salvador or wherever.
