But you're not against discrimination, you're for it. You want to let people who choose to be Christian, arbitrarily discriminate against gay people because you personally have a problem with homosexuality.

But there's a double-edged sword to your beliefs; if you're a Christian because you believe God forgives your sins, then wouldn't God forgive you for making a cake for a gay wedding? And if God won't forgive you for baking a cake, then why the fuck are you worshiping God in the first place? I thought God forgives all sins, so wouldn't God forgive baking a cake if you prayed enough? The logic doesn't square with the zealotry. So your reason for hating gay people has nothing to do with God; it has everything to do with you.

Also, you choose to be a Christian, you don't choose your sexuality. If you did, what was the precise moment you chose to be straight and did you try being gay before that so you could make an informed choice?

There is nothing factual about faith. Faith is literally a belief without fact, unquestioned.

It's also a choice. You're not born a Christian; you choose to be a Christian. So since you're making a choice, your choice deserves no special protections.
