I can tell you until recently, you rarely saw a group of illegal men standing around waiting for casual work. That did happen like over a decade ago too, but then it died off here. Same thing with the homeless. In the 90's and 2000's panhandling at a traffic light on a corner got you arrested here, but now every major street corner seems to have some bum begging for change.

Anecdotes are not evidence. I can tell you that I've seen them waiting outside at temp job agencies way before Biden. Trucks usually go there and pick them up.

And we are not talking about homeless and bums.
