IF we are, it is NOT because of something WE did! The Earth has been going through these cycles since the beginning. Regardless of what we, as humans, try to do, we can't effect the climatic changes of the planet, they are going to happen regardless of anything we do.

I wonder what cutting firewood has to do with water being deeper or mudslides happening? Are you aware that 90% of wildfires are caused by lack of clearing dead trees? In California, where tree-hugging environmentalists have virtually put a stop to any timber clearing, they have a 75% greater chance of having wildfires. Trees that aren't cut, will get old and die, leaving the forest full of kindling and ready to go up in flames. But I suppose the billions of dollars in property loss from wildfires is nothing compared to not having any water because we cut some trees down, huh?

Ahhh... so we have a great big giant meter in the sky which regulates exactly how much CO2 is going into the atmosphere daily?

How, exactly, would you regulate "only deplete enough?" Are you saying, 20...50 years down the road, the same Warmer nuts will be attempting to enrich the atmosphere with CO2 because we cut back too much? Or maybe you believe we need the EPA to carefully monitor industry to ensure just the "right" amount of CO2 is released? The pinheads at the EPA would certainly know what amount is sufficient for trees to grow, and too much for amplified greenhouse effects. We need some geek with a clipboard telling us what to do, because we are too stupid to understand all this science stuff!

Look, idiot... the Earth cools and warms in cycles, it always has and always will. CO2 is a natural element, more of it is found in the ocean than anywhere on the planet, and the levels in our atmosphere have more to do with the amount in the ocean than anything man is producing. CO2 is what causes plants to grow and thrive on the planet, without it, Earth could not sustain life. This absolute LUNACY about man-made global warming, will be the source of humor to future generations... you mean they actually believed they were making the planet warmer with CO2 emissions? you mean they thought they could change the climate by regulating CO2? Hahahah!
