It was cancelled because extreme leftwingers were so against her speaking they resorted to violence and the officials feared it would get out of control.
She also had her speech threatened with being legally punished.

She's not my kind of Conservative but I think we can all see that the most intolerant of people are from the left and they are the ones who are most readily active in restricting free speech. They may have stereotyped Conservatives and Repubs as such but I cannot remember any instance of Communists or extreme lefties not being permitted to speak.

1. she wasnt being 'threatened' with legal action, she was informed that there might be consequences to spewing the kind of hate-filled garbage that comes out of her mouth in a country that actually cares about rational discourse.

normally i wouldnt care what you guys call a conservative/liberal, but when another country is involved, we have to put things in perspective
 
How do we know this was not some scheem to make it look like Muslams threatened her, I bet it was Republicans out to make her look bad!

The Communists like Chomsky usually don't say anything offensive. If they were die-hard Stalinists (and I'm unsure if there are literally any Stalinists in the US), maybe.
