And poof Biden's candidacy is gone.

^ And that's it in a nut shell. People don't worry about thing that they expect won't happen anyway.

Have you ever participated in an official POLL? No one has ever contacted me to participate in a poll- no one has ever asked me my political opinions in any poll!

So just who are participating in these POLLS? I have an IDEA who- TRUMPTARDS!

Trumptards are the aggressive ones who will not pass up on any chance to slander Biden and his Administration.

SO they are out tracking down these skewed political POLLS so they can participate in them!

BUT THE DEMOCRATS ARE THE ONES THAT ARE WINNING IN THE END!

It's been that way for the last 3 national elections. The people saw what Donald Trump was all about in his first two years in office- AND SAID NEVER AGAIN!

Democrats participate in the polls that actually count and decide elections- and those are the ones at the local voting precincts on election day where we place our VOTE!

What I find inconsistent are statements such as "I don't like trump but he's right, the election was stolen," or "I don't like trump but all these prosecutions of him are a witch hunt," or "yeah, trump may have thrown his advisors X, Y, Z under the bus but they deserved it for their disloyalty and they were never any good anyhow." Any statement about how they really don't like trump's personality, for instance, is always preceded by a "but."

I haven't seen any JPP Dems doing that about RFK Jr.'s campaign, for example. We don't like him and aren't making excuses for it.

cawacko is like Gardner. They lie about supporting Trump.

But to your point, if a Republican thinks Biden is very beatable it does not really make sense to say he should step down and have a better Democrat run. (Works the same for Democrats, they may say they hate Trump but would love for him to run because it's pretty hard to imagine him winning another election.)

We don’t want him running

You do asshole

We can tell by your party’s votes

Respectfully would you be more specific. Do you think allowing China to dump steel on the US market was a good thing. And what racial rhetoric are you speaking about? Are you aware minority voting for Trump increased in 2016 and polls say they are increasing yet again. Are you aware Trump increased funding to Black colleges. And Trump approved Opportunity Zones in majority Black and Brown neighborhoods. But what racial rhetoric are you specifically objecting to.

Always happy to have these discussions. (A reminder too that voting in 2016, before he took office, was different than voting in 2020 when he had a record to run on.)

I'm a full on free trader. I acknowledge that as a result of free trade there are individuals and certain areas that can be left behind, but on the whole, free trade is a boom to the American economy and the rising standard of living in this country. So I understand there are issues with China but tariffs are a tax increase on Americans and slow economic growth. (I support free trade for the reasons stated but from a political perspective the fact that Bernie used the same language as Trump on trade just reinforced what I already believed. And even Democrats who complained about tariffs - because it was Trump doing it - have gone radio silent now that Biden has left them in place.)

Trump is a brilliant marketer, he knew what he was doing with his racial rhetoric on the campaign trail in 2016. I recognize as a Republican that Democrats will always default to calling us racist because 1) that's what they do and 2) they think it gives them cover for their own racism. That said, Trump knew what he was doing with his rhetoric. My concern was (and still is) that he's creating a new young generation that will be anti-Republican and politically active because of it.

Those were the two biggest reasons for 2016.
