No, not even close.
1. Ambition is a positive personality trait, those without enough of it end up in dead end jobs like retail and telephone sales.
2. Narcissism is a medical diagnosis of a serious mental illness.
3. The diagnostic manual doesn't list ambition as a symptom of narsissism.
4. You are just plain wrong, admit it for once or we will know you are not even a man.
