An open question...

Did the S.Ct rule that under the sole discretion of the President anyone can be tried under these rules?
They ruled that the military tribunal law was constitutional. What you should be asking was if this would fall under the requirements for that law. It does, BTW. They made a choice not to try him that way, some people believe it was a mistake.

What are the requirements for trying him under that law?

Because I dont know the answer and you seem to. I know nuthing about this type of law.
Interesting. I thought that law school would teach people how to research that kind of thing, but then I've never been to law school. I do know y'all specialize.

I know how to reaseach, I just thought if you knew the answer asking you would be easier.

Typical liberal mindset...living off of (or in this case, getting an answer off of) the work of others. :)

Ohhh, GOD...

If you could spend 20 min's finding something, or just ask a friend who knows to tell you, which would you do?

I know Jarod, I know...and I do the same thing. But since this is a political board where there is bantering between right and left I just couldn't resist. Don't take it personally, it was just a quick comment made in jest. :)
