The fact is when Covid started, it was spread evenly across the populations of the states. After right wing news taught you science and medicine, the cases and deaths in states that bought the lies, were much greater.

NO it was NOT " spread evenly across the populations of the states." at first.
NY got it before most states , the states on the west coast were shut down first then a day or two later the east coast was shut down but in that time one woman came in from the EU and in less the a month there was over 79,000 people in NYC alone that had it.
And with all Trumps lies , misinformation , confusing info , conflicting info , distorted info the Governors of the North east states didn't know what to do and they decided it would be best to shut down and try to get people to keep some space between each other.

Best guess is Covid entered from Europe, but trump's ineffective ban on Chinese people did not do much to stop it. It turns out that white people can carry Covid as well, if not better, than East Asians.

What would have been helpful in preventing it would have been Covid tests. trump messed that up badly. There were whole days that no one got tested, and no days where over a hundred people could be tested. When Obama had a similar problem, there were tens of thousands of people being tested per day.

Pelosi did not comment of Covid. A little before the Covid outbreak, she did encourage people to go to the San Francisco Chinatown. For the most part, the people there came to the USA generations ago, and that was not a major center for Covid.

It was like the a bad flu, it was not a huge problem....the pandemic was full on fraud.....though many were killed by the medical establishment, doctors did not properly treat, because they were ordered to not.....which is murder.

And the Overlords knew it, which is why they often did not even pretend to follow the laws and directions they demanded we follow.
