GODDAMN IT, I MEANT FRENCH GUIANA!!!! Yes, Guiana was British, Suriname was Dutch, and French Guiana is French. Quite frankly, I'm surprised they never lost it back when Algeria and Vietnam were kicking the shit out of them.
