LOL. Our economic challenges go beyond just "free" education. First start with the quality, especially in our poor neighborhoods. Too many people fight to keep a failing status quo for poor students. You live near New Orleans I know they are making changes there.

Going forward we are going to see more school happening on the Internet. More cost affective and accessible. People will still pay $60K plus a year to go to elite Universities but that's not for everyone.

That's not exactly private free market sector either, assuming it would happen. You're prediction of a demise in brick and mortar schools is probably a bit premature.

That was entirely my point. Capitalism has not been a magic pill there. They have only recently recovered to the level they were at under communism, and have stagnated since then.

Several Things wrong with these meme's Ken.

Fascism does not protect corporate interest. It requires their subservience to the State.
Fascism has little to say about inequality other than that it blames it on a scape goat (Jews in the case of Nazi fascism).
Fascism does not promote religion within the State. Fascism promotes The State AS religion.
Fascism does not allow corporate controlled mass media. In fascism The State controls the media.
Fascism does not suppress trade unions. It eliminates them.
Sinclair Lewis made that statement in 1935. He wasn't even born in 1835.
